The Hero clip has is probably stronger than 60lbs or 100lbs, but I don't want to ever think "Will the plastic swivel break on me?" In climbing, rule of thumb is to have gear over engineered by a factor of 10x. The medium Hero clip is only rated to 60lbs. Just be sure to understand their use-case. Hero Clips work for some people, but they're just not my personal jam.

The plastic s-biners are light and sufficient for doing what I need.

I'd rather just have a climbing biner with a larger gate and higher weight rating. The metal s-biners are too heavy for what they do. The minis are too small for anything, other than zipper locks.but as zipper locks, the minis/lockable minis are great. I augment my kit with Nitize plastic s-biner #4 (25lbs) and #2. The weight of multiple climbing-quality biner can add up quickly.
